Meet our Herd!
After the birth of two cria in 2026, we are now up to 14 alpaca!
We currently have 5 of the boys on our farm while infrastructure is completed. We anticipate the remainder of the herd, 9 more alpaca, will arrive by the end of July 2026. We are working hard to get the operation up and running while also getting our new friends settled in and comfortable.
Every day is a new adventure! We are posting frequently on TikTok and Instagram with updates and happenings as this all takes shape. Feel free to drop a line with comments or questions!
The Boys
Manifestation’s Nuage
Nuage means cloud in French, which is fitting for this big guy. He looks like a fluffy white cloud. And despite his size, he is a big scaredy-cat. He is slow to trust but a very sweet soul who gets quite excited when we come out with food.
Nuage’s was born August 11th, 2023 and is considered a light rose grey color.
Summerhill’s MacNeil
Or, as we simply call him, “Mac”. He does also go by Mac-attack, Macintosh, or MacGuyver depending on the day. If you can’t find Mac, he is likely at the far end of the pasture eating. He eats a lot… he is such a sweet guy though, and has started to show more of his personality lately.
Mac was born April 25th, 2012 and is a true black color.
Rumi’s Duncan
One of our new additions this year! He is a pensive little guy who is always watching and learning. He is calm and curious, and his fiber is soooo soft!
He was born May 31st, 2026 to Caris, making him Mani’s grandson. Rumi is the proud papa…and Duncan is his first cria!
Storybook’s Peruvian Manifestation
We call him Mani, and he is our sweet elder gentleman of the herd. He likes to watch the younger guys shenanigans and stay well out of the fray.
Mani was a big deal back in the day and has a box of first place ribbons to show for it. He was born May 28th, 2010 and is a light silver grey color.
Romeo’s Rumi
Named after a Sufi mystic and poet, Rumi has quickly become a favorite of the family. He has such expressive eyes and a great personality. He investigates everything very seriously, including people, before engaging.
He is protective of his food and people, often shooing Nuage off.
Rumi was born June 5th, 2022 and is considered a bay black color. We also have his mom, Pollie, where we are guessing much of his peppy personality comes from!
Romeo’s Bodhi
Rumi’s younger brother, Bodhi is our resident teenager and trouble-maker. He keeps things interesting, though. Whether chasing birds, messing with the old guys, or rolling down the hills, he keeps us laughing.
Bodhi was born June 5th, 2025 and is a bay black color.
